Compare the source receipt with the destination stock record before repeating the action. Give your setup owner the order reference, item, location, and time of the discrepancy so they can investigate without recording the delivery twice.

Does the connection mirror every native Square purchasing record?

A Square stock connection does not mirror every purchase order, supplier, or accounting transaction. Agree which system records each step and test one order through receiving. Configure accounting separately from stock updates.
